Contingency Plan for Disbursement of Funds: Part I. Total amount is $30,000. Total teachers eligible = 10. If all funds are not earned, remainder of funds will be spread among teachers who did qualify. For example, if one teacher does not qualify for Level 2A, his/her $500 will be divided evenly among the other nine teachers who do qualify for that portion.
Note: No optional criterion (such as criteria 3) are included in this plan. Only the REQUIRED criterion are used.

Log entries must be initialed by a witness. Testimonials will be accepted at face value. | Represents 30% of total award. | $428 |
Part II. Total amount is $10,000. Total staff members eligible = 7. If all funds are not earned, remainder of funds will be spread among staff members who did qualify. For example, if one member does not qualify for the "Staff Initiative" portion, his/her $428 will be divided evenly among the other six members who do qualify for that portion.
